This privacy policy applies to the MoxFlod app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Elzein Solution (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it to provide, maintain, and optimize our services. This information includes:

• Personal Information: Data you provide during registration and account setup, such as your name and email address to manage your secure internal account.
• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
• The operating system and hardware model you use on your mobile device.

The Application may request access to your device's location to provide personalized, location-based features. The Service Provider utilizes this location data in the following ways:

• Geolocation Services: To provide features such as personalized content, gym check-ins, and relevant recommendations based on your current geographical area.
• Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps analyze user behavior and improve application functionality.
• Third-Party Services: We may transmit anonymized location data to external services solely to enhance and optimize our offerings. You can modify or disable location permissions at any time via your device settings.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

• Google Play Services & Firebase

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by law, to protect user safety, investigate fraud, or with trusted service providers who work on our behalf and adhere to strict data security rules.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. Furthermore, in compliance with Google Play Store data safety requirements, we provide users with full control over their personal data:

• In-App Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• Data Deletion Requests: You may also submit a formal request to delete your account and associated records by emailing us at info@elzein-solution.com. Upon confirmation, your data will be purged from our active databases immediately.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you request account or data deletion, your personal records will be securely removed from our servers in accordance with our deletion policy.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately from our servers.

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes. This privacy policy is effective as of 2024-05-01 and last modified on the date indicated at the top of this page.
