This includes your name, email address (or a privacy proxy email provided by Apple), and a unique profile identifier to facilitate secure login and account management.
• Device Information: We may collect non-personal information about the device you use, including the hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage Logs: Data regarding how you interact with the app, such as features used and time spent, collected for the purpose of troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Our application may request access to your location to provide personalized, location-based features.

• Purpose: To offer relevant content based on your current geographical area.
• Control: You can enable, disable, or modify location permissions at any time via your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Location Services).

We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active. In compliance with App Store requirements, we provide a clear path for data removal:

• In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• Immediate Effect: Once you confirm the deletion in the app, your personal data will be purged from our active systems immediately and cannot be recovered.
• Manual Request: You may also request data deletion by emailing us at info@elzein-solution.com.

We use trusted third-party services to help maintain, authenticate, and analyze our application. These providers have their own privacy policies:

• Apple: For authentication (Sign In with Apple) and app distribution. Privacy Policy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, please be aware that no transmission over the internet or mobile network is 100% secure.

MoxFlod does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
